In order to allow the test to run (and check the remaining cases) the line causing the ICE has been commented out - but the test left intact -- the failure serving as a reminder that this issue has still to be addressed. (I guess you could XFAIL it if it becomes annoying - but hopefully we'll have a chance to address it before long).
