Well, the [Bug comp/NNN] format is not understood by Bugzilla by default when
parsing incoming emails (when you reply by email instead of opening your web
browser). The GCC extension I wrote recognizes this format, but I'm in favor on
moving to a format which Bugzilla can recognize natively. And per my discussion
with admins, we agreed to go this way.
