Note: The ICE happens with 4.5 and trunk. With 4.4 one gets

allocate(this%list(dim),source=[(i,i=1,dim)])
                              1
Error: Syntax error in ALLOCATE statement at (1)

since support for the SOURCE argument was only added in 4.5.
