[Bug c++/43822] New: template instantiation causes gcc to segfault

The attached code causes gcc-4.5 to segfault. gcc-4.4.1 accepts the code.
I have absolutely no idea what is actually causing the segfault, as the very
same instantiation does not segfault in another context.
