I'm just testing a build of HEAD using your formula to see if it reproduces. (BTW, it's not normal to use "make bootstrap" any more these days; bootstrapping is the default choice when you configure a native compiler anyway. I can't say if this would affect anything though, which is why I'm seeing if I can reproduce it.
