I agree that there is a bug. Especially, that it works as use-/host-associated
TYPE declaration but not as local type declaration is wrong.
Based on your report and Bader's reply in comp.lang.fortran, I have already
filled a PR - though I forgot to reply and state this at the news group. As
there is already a report, I mark yours as duplicate of the other.
