CLASS IS() is correctly parsed but it has been disabled as the actual
implementation is missing. There are two parsing test cases, which can be
re-enabled when the the feature is implemented:
- gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg/select_type_2.f03
- gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg/select_type_1.f03
