Make the trivial test run for each options pass.
log:
*gcc/testsuite/lib/objc-torture.exp: New proc (objc-set-runtime-options)
to be run each pass
through the suite. Do not try to run m64 tests on darwin8 which has no
64bit Next Runtime
*gcc/testsuite/objc/execute/execute.exp: Check applicable runtime
options on each pass.
*gcc/testsuite/objc/execute/exceptions/exceptions.exp: Ditto.
*gcc/testsuite/objc/compile/compile.exp: Ditto.
