If it is PR 34026, using the 4.3.0 release (instead of a 4.3.0 developer version) is enough. For a recent 4.5 build, see e.g. http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries#MacOS1 -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40612
