[Bug fortran/40367] New: -Wextra description missing from gfortran manual page

The gfortran manual page is missing a description of "-Wextra".

The description of "-Wunused-parameter" mentions the use of "-Wall -Wextra",
but nowhere in the manual page is -Wextra described.
