Add POINTER_PLUS_EXPR - Improvement?
It seems we miss the POINTER_PLUS_EXPR. In most cases in tree-scalar-evol.c and
tree-chrec.c it is handled like a PLUS_EXPR. If I add it, the test case passes
the front end, but fails again in gloog() with:
