I have set up a crosscompiler to x86_64-pc-mingw32, and although I'm not able
to regression test runtime tests, the patch fixed the failure for this target.
As far as regression test is concerned, it is enough to run it on linux, since
we are fixing target-independent stuff.
So, fixed for mainline.
