Patch in comment #10 passed bootstrap & regtest on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, the attached patch should also fix comment #7, testing is in progess. If anyone beats me on it the patch is ok for trunk. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35800
