Thanks. This is known and I'm working on a fix. In the meantime, you can get a clean build of the branch if you configure with --disable-bootstrap --disable-libmudflap --disable-libgomp --enable-languages=c,fortran. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35486
