Just about anything compiled with -fipa-pta results in an ICE in verify_ssa.
When I reported this in mail with several SPEC CPU2000 failures for various
options, Daniel Berlin said:

> -Os -fipa-pta
Unlikely to investigate until LTO does something useful :)
The option should be disabled and its documentation removed until it is
expected to work.
