It is inconvenient to be unable to use the computer for anything else while running a check - I can accept that I can't use it when I'm running a timing benchmark but I kinda like to keep the system loaded when I am able to. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31845
