Indeed the SI is suspicious, since the m32c family doesn't have those types of
pointers (it has HI or PSI pointers, but not SI). I've never tried to build
FORTRAN for the m32c family though, so if there's a FORTRAN developer out there
who could point me at a suitable starting point in the gcc/f95 code...
