Sorry, I am not familiar with --disable-bootstrap, but if it builds the Ada rts with the bootstrap compiler, then that's a clear bug in the top level makefiles. Ada makefiles are not designed to build the Ada rts with the host compiler, so there must be some very strange makefile interaction going on if true.
