I'm not willing to upgrade to the active development version (Feisty Fawn) on my production system. So, I think the way to get a newer 4.1.2 would be to compile and install it in parallel with the current one... or to use another system for this testing. Is there a simple way to install another version of gcc in parallel with my current one under Debian/Ubuntu?
