[Bug target/28882] New: Use more register name macros in m68k port

Currently, the m68k port only defines A0_REG and SP_REG.
We could define more macros like these.

For example, D0_REG would be useful in FUNCTION_VALUE, LIBCALL_VALUE, and
FUNCTION_VALUE_REGNO_P.
