Include './d-GsD/d-S/d-Mcr/GsDCstGeneMcr.inc'
Include "./d-GsD/d-S/d-Mcr/GsDNoyau.inc"
We cannot compile this code without those include files.
Also g77 has now been removed and gfortran has replaced it. Also 4.0.x has
fixed a number of Darwin back-end bugs so you might want to try 4.0.x or even
better 4.1.2.
