[Bug c++/26690] New: ICE in get_callee_fndecl, at tree.c:5806 with OpenMP

The following invalid OpenMP-C++ code snippet crashes the compiler
when compiled with -fopenmp:

};

void foo()
{
    A a(0);
#pragma omp parallel private (a)
    ;
}
