[Bug target/25477] __builtin_sqrtl/__builtin_printf does not work unless including math.h/stdio.h

Here is what we currently get:
_f:
        b L_sqrtl$stub

.....
        b L_printf$stub

        b L_sqrtl$LDBL128$stub



I am going to try to fix this.
