Here's an even shorter testcase:

template<int> struct A;
void foo(A<0>);
template<int> struct A
{
friend void foo(A<0>);
};
void bar()
{
foo(A<0>());
}
=============================
Like Andrew's testcase it only triggers on mainline and the 4.1 branch
(i686-pc-linux-gnu or x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu with "-m32")
or even only on the 4.1 branch (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu without "-m32").
