Confirmed, I can't reproduce it with my latest rtems-toolchain: m68k-rtems4.7-gcc (GCC) 4.0.1 (RTEMS gcc-4.0.1-20050727/newlib-1.13.0-20050912 -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21578
