------- Comment #1 from pinskia at gcc dot gnu dot org 2005-11-15 05:00 ------- The first one is just stupid: /* NB: Calling finish_struct() may cause type TYPE_LANG_SPECIFIC fields in all variants of this RECORD_TYPE to be clobbered, but it is therein that we store protocol conformance info (e.g., 'NSObject <MyProtocol>'). Hence, we must squirrel away the ObjC-specific information before calling finish_struct(), and then reinstate it afterwards. */
That is just wrong, maybe an VEC instead of an tree_list is better there. The second one is can be fixed by knowing the end of the chain. The third one in this PR will be at max N=32 and is only ever called when -print-objc-runtime-info is added. -- pinskia at gcc dot gnu dot org changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW Ever Confirmed|0 |1 Keywords| |compile-time-hog Last reconfirmed|0000-00-00 00:00:00 |2005-11-15 05:00:55 date| | http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24867
