Oh my, I forgot to close this PR.
It was fixed by <URL:http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2005-04/msg01501.html>.
The Dwarf2 EH info is now bloated as a result (fixing the patch referred to is
still on the TODO-list), but that's a separate issue.
