Fixed in 4.1.0:
t.cc:9: error: use of ‘a’ is ambiguous
t.cc:2: error:   first declared as ‘A* a’ here
t.cc:5: error:   also declared as ‘A* <unnamed>::a’ here
t.cc:9: error: ‘a’ was not declared in this scope

Which makes this a dup of bug 100.
