Confirmed, another testcase (which might be needed as the redundant load of a 
and b are not done):
double a, b;
int x;
double foo(double d)
{
  double a1 = a, b1 = b;
  if (x)
     a1/=d;
  return (a1/d) * (b1/d);
}
