In this case I regenerated configure and whatnot due to a change in config/. I haven't been using autoreconf though; I've been running the tools by hand, looking in Makefile.am to see what args to use for aclocal. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19877
