--with-local-prefix=$DESTDIR_BCKP --with-sysroot=$DESTDIR_BCKP specifying only where to find the headers isn't enough.... but the error message don't help finding the issue -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21698
