Can you submit this as a regular patch? The how-to is documented under http://gcc.gnu.org/contribute.html. Specifically, send the patch with appropriate ChangeLog entries and test cases both to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] so it can be reviewed.
