improves the testcase from 16.2s to 12.1s (3.4: 5.0s) - aka, still not good enough. As we have (with the patch) still size estimates for the functions that are 15-40% higher than for 3.4 we'd probably need to bump our inlining limits accordingly, say by 20%. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17863
