It could be about how you came out to them to how they reacted, or how they held your hand the first time you had your chest waxed, or how they walked behind you when you were about to talk to a girl for the first time. It’s about special moments when you have felt that you could do anything in the world as long as they had your back. The plan is very simple. We get together at the Humsafar Office at Vakola at 5 pm on 22nd April and watch a few episodes of Will n Grace – one of the most successful series to have gay protagonists. The show captures the special relationship that Will, a gay lawyer and his best friend Grace, a straight interior designer share. The story of their friendship and the turns it takes are interspersed generously with the antics of Jack, a narcissistic gay man but one of the most affable characters of the show; and Karen, an alcoholic wife of a millionaire and secretary to Grace, whose cruel and insensitivity is strangely hilarious to see.
