Hi,
This computer had Vista on it before, so I'm thinking it's going to be
fine for running Windows 7. But I'll have her check the processor
before she goes ahead with the installation.
As for my issues with user account control, I don't know. I haven't
tried it under Windows 7, which is what I have on my laptop, but I do
know that I was using jaws 13 with Vista, and it didn't speak at all
until I got out of the Uac dialog. Yes, I'm using a legal copy of
Jaws. But if it works under Windows 7, I shouldn't have any problem
disabling it, which I'm glad to hear.
