Fred, I too have had concerns about Charles' mail, though perhaps not the same ones as you. In this particular one, there's no discussion at all of video games; and at least half of it is badly translated christian bible quotes.
I realize I probably spam up the list a lot myself, and I apologize in advance for doing so - but I do try to keep it video game related.
