Send a mudmail to shadowfax with the item name, ground
description (what you see if the object is on the ground) the
long description (what you see when you look at it) and the items
characteristics, such as ac, or damage.

As far as I know, it should still be valid. Shadowfax is
running that
contest, and he's usually pretty organized. You could send him

mudmail to be sure.
