Hi Quentin.

Yep I found it, I'm afraid I didn't check the readme, though the layout is less problematic than I thought.

The only thing I'm finding now is that sapi get a bit long winded, sinse there is no interupt key and messages are continually announced, which can be a bit of a pest when you've got sapi reeling off a long chat history. Any chance of adding this feature in? it'd make playing with sapi far easier.

I hope you can get the Supernova dll working, I actually probably ought to ring Dolphin and have words with them myself, sinse if all other screen readers have dll's which programmers can use, Supernova needs one as well to be supported, and need it to be easily available too.

Beware the grue!

dArk.

Hello dark,

There's no option to change synth. Normally you don't require it, the screen reader you are currently using is automatically used and you can even switch between screen readers, the newly opened one is automatically taken.
Supported screen readers are: jaws, NVDA, window eye and system access.

However, supernova isn't supported yet (I'm trying to obtain info to connect to their DLL but I still have nothing at the moment). You can activate SAPI by pressing Ctrl+F6, and use Ctrl+F7/F8 to change rate. It is not automatically activated because there are a couple of sighted people who play.

Note that you don't need any sort of special review cursor, even if nothing is automatically read: by pressing tab, you cycle between the menu area, the chat area, and the text area where all textes arrive. The text area is just a standard windows text area so it is freely navigable without any special review cursor.

Hopes it helps...
