Sense its just for the IOS devices. then it would have to be a
rewrite of the code. because voiceover on them has no label functions.
Also Apple has a whole different api just for accessibility with
buttons, edit boxes and functions.
Voiceover might see it as a button and may not be able to act on it.
i have come across a few apps like that with my iPod.

If your playing it on a mac. There is a way to label the buttons. you may
need sighted help at first or just give them a shot and see what they do.
then label that button.
I have done it for a few programs that are not all labeled.
