My practice is to unload my screen reader when playing any game that does
not use it. I figure, why slow the game down by needlessly using resources
for something that is currently dormant?

Hi,
That's been my experience as well. Often times I don't bother putting
the screen reader to sleep. I just unload it so it isn't using
resources while playing a game for any length of time.

Hi,
Just my personal experience but I find it easier to just unload the thing
all together.
