Just copy and paste it into the drop box folder like you were doing the same between two folders on your computer.
Select the file or files you want to move or copy. Press control c to copy or control x to move/cut. Go to your my my drop box folder commonly in my documents, locates the sub folder inside there tat you wish to put th file in, them press control v to paste it.
