Hi,
I definitely find that surprising myself. Most of the time the
computer refuses to sell unless it is up to its eyeballs in debt, or
you offer it a deal it can't refuse. For example, I remember one time
I was trying to trade for one of the last green properties. Just for
the heck of it i gave it a set of light blue properties complete with
houses and hotels. It took that in exchange for the final green
property, but there wasn't anything else i could have given the
computer to trade for the property it would accept. It definitely got
the better deal out of the bargon and I felt it was a little too
stingy with the green property. Either that or just a extremely shrude
wheeler and dealer. Lol!
