Actually, a friend of mine has just treated me to a copy of time of
conflict, so we've been going through the process ourselves and I'm
currently just waiting for the key, ---- though sinse the order was only put
in on wednesday I'm not too concerned yet (though I hope it turns up on
monday, sinse I'm not sure if David works weekends or not).

The shopping card on the GMA site doesn't work, it says so on their
ordering page. That's why I was confused about the whole thing. When I
bought Tank Commander quite some time ago, it was far easier because the
shopping card was still working. Ah well...
