Problem with that is the copyrights. Lucas Arts is reputed to be murder when
it comes to that. And it's way too expensive for any blind person to get
written permission to use them. And even if you could you could never make
that back just from our market.

and found their price for Windows 22k SAPI voices at $39 US
They can also build a SAPI voice with 4 hours of recorded speech but do
not say how much it costs.
Just think of having Alexander Scourby, Jim Dale, Frank Oz, Jim Henson,
Sir John Gielgud, Ralph Richardson and Orson Welles
as SAPI voices!
Or how about James Earl Jones as the voice of your Star Wars game?
