Thanks, again, Jim, for increasing the number of courses.  Your work is 
appreciated.  One question, though:  If the rating of a course is the 
difficulty indicator, what are the lowest and highest rating?  When choosing 
a course, I would like to know this to determine which course to play.  If 
I'm in the mood for a really hard one, I could choose.  Thanks.
