hi Justin, Yes, the Murk has recently undergone an update. it is in the Sryth news section. Unfortunately, I am not sure were the temple has moved to either. It has been a while since I have played the Murk, and my newest character Catherine has yet to under take that quest. If i figure it out I will let you know. As for the different character types the Mage characters will do well against standard enemies in the game, but may have some difficulty against the magic resistant creatures in the game. my character, Catherine, is a Mage type character, and there are some enemies I have been unable to defeat by magic alone just because they can resist her power of elementalism a lot of the time. As a result I have been forced often as not to resort to triditional sword fighting with that enemy. As far as the warrior characters they are pretty good in combat as they are better versed in weapons and will hold up to the magic resistant creatures better. They also will do well against the basic enemies as well. So they tened to be more weapon combat oriented rather than magic oriented.
As for myself I try to strike a balance between magic and weapons. There are times were the skill of illusion or elementalism come in handy.
