William: The same question arrives, whether or ot some one tells or not is not the issue. The primary issue is if the company finds out. Tom gets sued and possibly goes out of business or worse yet loses everything he has. Is that worth it?
We would lose a awesome game developer for nothing. I personally would never take that chance either. Laws are around for a reason.
