I would like to add that I recently needed extra keys for the vista machine at home where I've installed all my games since getting rid of my last XP machine earlier this month. I successfully received keys for Sarah from Phil as well as the necessary keys from BSC and GMA without a problem whatsoever. As for Monty and the Draconis games, I had my original keys already from a backup file so I simply installed those and everything is well with the world.
As for which side of the fence to go on regarding product and hardware IDs I definitely see both sides of the issue and can sympathize with everyone's points of view. For this reason, I'm not a developer and don't worry about it <smile>. Then again, hardware based keys have not been a problem for me either so I'm not jaded by such experiences like what has happened to many people. Just some ramblings while I sit here at work before actually getting my day started.
