Hi Dark, I can say based on Personal experience BSC and GMA have no problems with issuing you a second key for your laptop. I did it not that long ago when I purchased my used Averitec laptop, and wrote BSC and GMA, told them what I needed, why i needed new keys, and my laptop keys were emailed the next day to me with no charge.
