If you did do a true doom game I'd definitely look at it and if I liked it
I'd certainly push it. I loved the origional doom and I'd like to see more
games like it

Hi,
I liked Shades of Doom well enough, but you are right it really isn't
comparible to the real Doom series. For example in Doom II I liked the
level where you got to fight the demons and spirits. You didn't get any
of that in SOD.
Doom also allowed for add on packs, different wod files, and you could
add extra levels and stuff SOD again doesn't have.
I would say I'd like to do a true Doom game, but I am not certain there
is much of a market for it, and second I don't want to be the developer
who rights everything based on someone elses work. I'd like to do some
original titles as well.
